Tan Son Nhat International Airport
Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, you will be met by your guide and transferred to your hotel in Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City). After checking in and freshening up, you have the day for leisure.
Overnight in Ho Chi Minh. (D)
In the morning, you will visit the Cu Chi Tunnels, a network of underground tunnels that were used by the Viet Cong during the Vietnam War. You will learn about the history of the tunnels and how they were used by the Vietnamese people to fight against the Americans. After lunch, you will visit the Cao Dai temple in region of Tay Ninh. The temple at Tay Ninh runs over nine levels and was completed in 1941. It’s a gaudy structure that Greene attributed Disneyesque qualities. The all-seeing Cao Dai eye representing the deity, is its central motif. We will drive back to Ho Chi Minh City and your hotel, evening at leisure.
Overnight in Ho Chi Minh (B/L/D).
On day 3, you will take a day trip to Ben Tre/ My Tho city in Mekong Delta, region of Vietnam. The Mekong Delta is a labyrinth of rivers, canals, and islands, and is known for its beautiful scenery and traditional way of life. You will take a boat trip on the Mekong River, where you will see traditional fishing villages, floating markets, and coconuts farms. You will also have the opportunity to visit a local home and learn about the culture of the Mekong Delta people. Lunch will be included on the boat trip. We will drive back to Ho Chi Minh city.

Overnight in Ho Chi Minh. (B/L)
After your breakfast we will start our visit of Ho Chi Minh City. Notre Dame Cathedral: A beautiful neo-Romanesque basilica built by the French in the late 19th century. Central Post Office: One of the oldest buildings in Ho Chi Minh City and the busiest post office in Vietnam. Admire its neoclassical architecture and painted maps of Saigon from a bygone era. Ben Thanh Market: A bustling marketplace where you can find everything from souvenirs to fresh produce. Reunification Palace: This former residence of the President of South Vietnam is now a popular tourist attraction. In the evening, you will enjoy a delicious welcome dinner at a local restaurant.

On your last day, you will have some time to relax at the hotel or do some last-minute shopping before your departure transfer to Tan Son Nhat International Airport for your flight home. (B)
